We take preparation seriously. Dust barriers and low air pressure zones go up before anything comes out, so the dust stays in the room it belongs in.
It is the least photogenic part of a remodel and the part you notice most, because you are the one making coffee twenty feet away from it. The same is true of the schedule: the order of operations below is the order we work in, and the day your temporary sink goes in is the day the kitchen starts working again.
For us it is about the project, and the project includes the time you spend inside it.
Special order cabinetry has a lead time, and countertops are made after the template, so the sequence stretches around those two. Everything else is our own crew.
Cabinetry
Whether it is our best priced line or a full custom order, the cabinet box is solid wood and the doors and drawers are soft close. We work hand in hand with the manufacturers to get that without the premium price tag.
Base cabinets go in on a high quality leveling system that leaves them laser level, which is what a countertop needs underneath it if the seams are going to stay honest.
Countertops
We template with a laser on site, and a We Love to Remodel team member is there for both the template and the install so nothing gets handed off to a stranger halfway through.
There is a quartz lookbook to start from, and we work with Cambria. In the meantime you get half inch plywood and a temporary sink, so the kitchen still works.
Custom tile
Tile is an art, and it takes the time the product deserves. We install Schluter products, so the waterproofing behind your shower lasts a lifetime rather than a warranty period.
In floor heating and curbless showers are both on the table. So is a backsplash that runs into the countertop with no caulk line, which is the detail people notice a year later when it is still clean.
LVP flooring
Luxury vinyl plank, laid over a floor we level first, with new trim included to close the gap that a floating floor needs at the wall.
Flooring only companies leave that trim to somebody else. We do not have a somebody else. The same crew that sets your cabinets sets the base.
Framing, drywall, flooring and moulding. It is the part of the house nobody plans for and everybody ends up living in.

Homecrest Darwin Design cabinetry in a two tone blend, a Churro stain island against Alpine paint, matte black modern hardware, MSI Calacatta Prado quartz with a waterfall, and a matte black Delta faucet. Diffuse under cabinet lighting throughout.

Floor and Decor mosaic marble herringbone tile, set with no caulk against the countertop. Flooret Kingswood luxury vinyl plank running through the whole floor, for the look of real wood with durability underneath it.
Luxury modern main and primary custom bathroom remodels.
Solid maple cabinetry in a Mantra Beachwood stain, satin nickel bar pulls, a Toolkiss touch light mirror, and Vicostone Argento quartz. Cool modern colors against hidden lighting.
A full kitchen remodel in Rockford.
Glass cabinet doors with in cabinet lighting, and a coffee bar built into the run. Cabinetry, countertop, tile and flooring by the same crew, start to finish.
Estimating, 3D renders and ordering all sit with one person here, so the drawing you approve is the drawing that gets ordered.
That is Gary Daily III, who spent years as a kitchen installation specialist before this. The rendering is not a sales tool, it is how the cabinet order gets checked against the room.
